Dubai's signature dish: a composition of premium Sicilian ingredients — tuna, shellfish, black truffle — presented on a 24-carat edible gold base. The gold leaf adds no flavour, but adds meaning. Or so Ciccio says during the tableside presentation, with a moved voice. The dish is served on a tray lit by a dedicated warm spotlight.
