Seven bites on black slate: Sicilian ricotta gyoza, Wagyu beef tartar with capers, Sicilian tuna maki with saffron rice, caviar bruschetta, Mazara red prawn tempura, charcoal cracker with salt cod mousse and foie gras with yuzu-lemon jelly. Ciccio ordered them in this specific sequence. Guests may change the order, but Ciccio will watch with disapproval.
