Cannolo Notturno: Decostruzione in Tre Atti su Piatto Nero

The dark side of the cannolo.

A nocturnal version of the traditional cannolo: activated charcoal shell, sheep's milk ricotta whipped with bourbon vanilla extract, Bronte pistachio crumble and a veil of dark chocolate. Served on black slate. Ciccio conceived it during a bout of insomnia and put it on the menu the following morning, before staff could object.
