Two raw fish traditions. One stone.
A combined raw fish selection: Sicilian sea bass, Pacific tuna, Amaebi prawn. Served on volcanic basalt stone with a dual dressing — extra virgin oil and lemon for the Sicilian component, aged soy sauce and fresh wasabi for the Japanese component. The guest chooses the dressing. Ciccio recommends both and then decides himself.
