The last dish. Always the hardest to leave.
The closing dessert of the Melbourne tasting menu: a selection of three reinterpreted Sicilian sweets — Modica dark chocolate mousse, Sicilian lemon granita with brioche, and Bronte pistachio semifreddo. Served on a black tray with a small note written by Ciccio: "Thank you for dining with us. It doesn't end here." The note is the same for everyone, but every guest interprets it as personal.
