Iberian beef fillet cooked over open flame on Etna lava stone, accompanied by a seasonal Costa Brava vegetable selection sautéed in Sicilian extra virgin oil with fermented black garlic. The "vibrant garnishes" are such because they are prepared tableside with a portable gas burner the maître d' uses with evident pleasure.
