The only hamburger in Damplo history, added to the New York menu after months of pressure from American guests. House-made brioche with Sicilian sesame, hand-ground Wagyu beef, melting fior di latte, wild rocket and San Marzano tomato sauce. Ciccio brings it to the table personally, with a suffering expression. The suffering is authentic but calculated.
