The Ligurian Sea, reduced to a Sicilian concept.

Fresh egg pasta with Tyrrhenian seafood: clams, sustainably farmed mussels, Adriatic prawns. The cooking broth is reduced and served as a liquid sauce on the side. Ciccio calls it "cuisine of respect" — respect for the sea, the ingredient and the guest who has paid enough to deserve both.
