Spaghettini al Caviale Sevruga e Burro di Qualità Indiscutibile

The pasta that made a prince cry. True story.

Bronze-drawn durum wheat spaghettini, finished with French butter and topped with Sevruga caviar. No sauce, no superfluous seasoning. Ciccio has stated that adding anything else would be "an insult to the caviar." The Prince of Monaco tasted it in 2023 and ordered the same dish for six consecutive Sundays. Ciccio has neither confirmed nor denied.
