Damplo Monaco has established itself as the most sought-after table on the French Riviera, helped by a menu that makes even the most distinguished palates — literally — cry.
Princes, retired footballers, and at least one influencer who described the experience as "more emotional than my own wedding, but with better service" have all taken a seat at Damplo Monaco.
Chef Francesco D'Amplo, interviewed while personally slicing a cannolo with a gold-plated scalpel, explained his philosophy: "Luxury isn't the price. It's the suffering you put into the dish. And also, a bit, the price."
Damplo Monaco recently introduced an "emotional bill-support service," in which a staff member holds the guest's hand at the moment of payment.
